What to expect as a vendor:

If you have attended or vended with us before for a Barn Party… you get the vibe! But lemme just say… this event will be even BIGGER than last year!!! We’ll have more musicians, we’ll have more vendors, more activities for the whole family, and some other fun surprises! We’re expecting between 600—800 attendees this year. This event will be ticketed (free for kids 12 and under) as we’re leveling EVERYTHING UP!! So what to expect if you’re selected to vend with us:

❋ Different Booth Types are available

Depending on your business, your needs, and preferences - we’ll have a few different booth types: indoor, outdoor, + power options for both. Pricing will vary and you can let us know preferences in the application. The Barn will shut down at 8pm and vendors in the barn + veranda are able to load out at that time.

❋ 4 Hours to Load in Day of + day before set up option

Our event will be starting at 1pm - vendors need to be fully set up by 12:30pm and can start setting up as early as 8am Friday. Load out is 8pm for Barn Vendors and 10pm for other areas of the property - no earlier.

❋ Cross promotion / marketing

TGS X Hurst Ranch will create event graphics / signage that will be accessible to you. All vendors and musicians will be featured on the flyer. We’ll be canvasing the tri-county area and beyond with flyers, investing in radio ads, amongst other marketing endeavors - fully covered by TGS X Hurst Ranch. Our investment - your benefit!

❋ professional photo / video

Our TGS Media Team will be covering photo and video for the entirety of the event which means every vendor and musician will have photos available after the event! The entire event gallery will be emailed to everyone who helped make the Barn Party what it is!

❋ minimal competition

You guys already know that I take our vendors and what they sell very seriously! We promise to be very intentional with the vendors we approve to avoid overlap and competition. We want each vendor to stand out and truly shine / sell well!

❋ 2 free admission wristbands

Vendors will be given 2 free admission wristbands for the people working the booth. If you require more for workers (not friends and family) we can secure you more as needed. Please talk to Alex.

What to expect as a musician:

Our whole goal with the music is to find artists who are down to create, have fun, and tap into community. This is a family friendly event with all ages, and we want for the musicians to feel as though they’re integrated into the Barn Party Family! We do our very best to make sure the stages are comfortable, shaded and photo ready + that there are snacks, an artist lounge, and more:

❋ Wristbands for band members + plus ones

Each band member and their plus one will receive an admission wristband, this gives them access to VIP parking, VIP lounge, artist lounge, and VIP private bathrooms.

❋ Randy Mandy + the frequency experience running sound 

They did such an amazing job with the Pond Stage last year we knew we had to have them back again this year, and now they’re helping us make sure the sound on BOTH stages is perfect!

❋ promotion / marketing

TGS X Hurst Ranch will create event graphics / signage that will be accessible to you. All musicians will be featured on the flyer (aside from some special guests who may be announced later.) The entire event gallery will be emailed to everyone who helped make the Barn Party what it is and you’re free to use the images as you would like.

❋ private ARtist lounge

We have a special little zone decorated and under the trees that is accessible only to you! We have a cooler full of cold beverages and some baskets of snacks as well! We wanted you to have a secure space to relax before or after your set.

❋ Merch table access

If you have merchandise, CD’s, etc. that you’d like to sell during or after your set we have a table set up near the stage for you to do so. *The space for merch at the Barn Stage is a bit smaller.
