By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending this event, you (“Attendee”) agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

Attendee understands that this event takes place on a rural/private property and may include inherent risks, including but not limited to: uneven terrain, temporary structures, water, highway proximity, unpaved roads, weather conditions, food and beverage consumption, interaction with vendors, and large crowds.

Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks, known or unknown, associated with attending the event.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attendee releases and holds harmless the event hosts, property owners, organizers, employees, contractors, volunteers and vendors from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the event, including injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property.

3. Indemnification

Attendee agrees to indemnify and defend the event hosts and associated parties against any claims resulting from Attendee’s actions, behavior, or participation during the event.

4. Rules & Safety

Attendees agree to follow all posted rules, signage, and staff instructions. The event reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior without refund.

5. Photography & Video Release

Attendee acknowledges that photography, video, and other media will be captured during the event.

By attending, Attendee grants the event organizers and their affiliates the unrestricted right to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute Attendee’s image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any media, now known or later developed, for promotional, marketing, commercial, and editorial purposes, without compensation or further approval.

6. Ticket Terms

All ticket sales are final. The event may be modified, postponed, or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond control.

7. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event premises, Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
